The Blades are an on-line gaming community dedicated to fun and competitive game play with a high level of maturity. We hail from around the world and from all age groups. We are friends, neighbors, relatives and on-line acquaintances all with the common goal of maintaining a healthy and enjoyable gaming environment with people who are playful, mature, and dedicated to the long-term vitality of the Blades.

In WoW, a guild is destined for oblivion if the guild is the means and the loot is the end. But in a good guild that will last--often held together by both shared experiences and out-of-game ties--the loot is the means and the group success is the actual end. Guilds that have reached that point will persist, thrive and likely hop games together. Almost all guilds implode before they're two years old... but not the Blades: still going strong after more than 6 years and through four+ games.
